Dier ser

As you know the fiber optic’s benifical lifetime is about 25-30 years. The main question is , after 25 years what will happen for fiber optic? According to high sensitivity of installed systems to loss and other non-linear parametrs in each optic links, what will happen for fibers optic widespred networks? Should we define critical path and then change cables in these paths? Or we should replace each part’s link with new cables? We have some reports about paths with cables that have more than 18 years which tells during stripping , unusual frangibility happened and also this fibers during connecting with same configuration in fusion, producted more loss in connection point. Now the question is,did the cable structure or fiber is unsuitable and nonstandard or this period of time for cables had forecasted?
Have you ever seen this kind of problem? What did you do ?
Sincerly yours

I have a small problem, and i am sure you can solve it. I do not know how is Optical fibers is used in the Internet. And how does the optical fiber in internet affect the people socially, economically, environmentally, politically.
